I'm enjoying my morning coffee and browsing through my recipe books looking for an easy cake to make in my brand new, never been used bundt cake pan that I purchased two years ago because I had the itch to make a bundt cake.
That's me in a nutshell...I'm a gotta have it, gotta have it...okay, now what do I do with it kinda gal. I have an appliance garage in my linen closet that would make any foodie proud. Everything from food processors to deep fryers to bread machines to standing mixers, crockpots, cake decorating kits, popcorn makers, rotisseries, blenders and even a cast iron skillet...
I'm determined that I am going to try to incorporate one new appliance or pan a week into my cooking arsenal.
This week it's my bundt cake pan...
I'd appreciate any easy recipes,
with the emphasis on easy...
I still haven't gotten over my coconut cake.

Well, cooking is not one of my talents. hehe. Gardening and paper crafts...now that is another story. :)
LOL! You are so funny! I am the same way I guess and never really thought about it! I had to have a bundt cake pan...just in case I needed it. Once I got it, I have only used it once, I believe! ...and I love to bake! :)
Maybe it is time to get back out and try it again! :)

Hi Patty, I have a couple of bundt pans but mostly use them during the holidays. I do have a great poundcake recipe I use in one of them. Gosh, I will have to see if I can find it.
I collect cookbooks and I have recipes everywhere! Happy Sunday.
